Let’s make the world a better place. Think big, act small. Start now.
E-Journal projects are basically virtual exchange projects in which students from both countries work together on real-life issues such as sustainability, human rights, arts & culture etc. By participating in these online projects students are enabled to have easily accessible international contacts with other students across the world. Witty and RSG Broklede School of The Netherlands will collaborate for the same.
The Programme structure will be as follows:- A. The students will be divided into at least 5 groups of 4 students each. (2 Indian, 2 Dutch) B. They will begin with self-introduction videos that will be shared and displayed to the counterparts.
E-Journal Project Theme - “Show Its Worth, Save the Earth”. Topics the students need to choose from are as follows:
Setting up of a personal vegetable garden using plastic.
Compost pit at home.
Making of products out of waste.
Students need to implement their project, and make a 5 minute video on the same.
They will have to make a presentation on the topic they have chosen. They have to clearly define their ideas on how they executed their project.
Video conferences - A vital part of the projects are the video conferences the students partake in. This way, students stand in direct contact with peers on the other side of the globe. Once the project is ready, the same will be presented to the counterparts via video conferences.
Part - 1
The program was initiated with both schools sharing self intro videos and having a Teams video call.
